Ingredients

• 2 piecesCamembert (125g each)
• 100 gJarred wild cranberries
• 1 pieceFresh baguette
• 2 sprigsFresh thyme
• 20 gWalnut kernels

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) using top/bottom heat.
2. 2Remove the Camembert from its packaging and lightly score the top crosswise with a sharp knife.
3. 3Place the cheese in a small ovenproof dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. 4Bake the Camembert in the hot oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, until it gives slightly and is melted on the inside.
5. 5Meanwhile, slice the baguette into even slices and roughly chop the walnut kernels.
6. 6Remove the finished cheese from the oven, place the cranberries in the center, and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and thyme leaves.
7. 7Serve immediately with the sliced baguette.
