2025 Cuvée Medius semi-dry

Ingredients

• 12 piecesshrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 1 pieceripe mango
• 0,5 piecered chili pepper
• 1 tbsplime juice
• 0,5 bunchfresh cilantro
• 1 piecegarlic clove
• 2 tbspolive oil
• 1 pinchsalt and pepper

Preparation

1. 1Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and dice into very fine cubes.
2. 2Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and mince finely. Wash the cilantro, shake dry, and chop finely.
3. 3Combine the mango, chili, and cilantro in a bowl with the lime juice, and season to taste with a pinch of salt.
4. 4Wash and pat the shrimp dry, then thread three shrimp onto each small wooden skewer.
5. 5Mince the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté the garlic, and fry the shrimp skewers for about two minutes per side until golden brown.
6. 6Season the skewers with salt and pepper and serve immediately alongside the mango-chili salsa.
