Secco Blanc

Ingredients

• 500 gLemon sorbet
• 100 gFresh raspberries
• 100 gFresh blueberries
• 0,5 bunchFresh mint
• 1 pieceOrganic lemon for zest

Preparation

1. 1First, carefully wash the berries and pat them dry gently on a kitchen towel.
2. 2Rinse the mint briefly, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
3. 3Use an ice cream scoop to fill four pre-chilled dessert glasses with the lemon sorbet.
4. 4Distribute the berry mixture evenly over the sorbet and add the mint leaves.
5. 5Finely grate a little zest from the organic lemon over the top and serve the dessert immediately while ice-cold.
